Terms of Service

Express Visa Consulting LTD

Company No. 16290425  ·  Last updated: June 2025

These are the terms on which Express Visa Consulting LTD provides its services to you. Please read them carefully. They are written in plain language because practical clarity is much more useful than dense legal boilerplate.

By engaging our services, whether you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email, or in person,  you are agreeing to these terms. If something here doesn’t make sense or you’d like to discuss it, call us before we begin work together.

1. Who We Are

Express Visa Consulting LTD is registered in England and Wales under Company Number 16290425. Our registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London. We operate out of Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka, and can be reached at +94 76 667 1267.

We are an immigration consultancy. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. What we provide is professional guidance on visa applications, including the exact documents you need, the processes involved, and the best way to present your case accurately and completely.

2. Our Services

We help clients prepare and submit applications for student and visitor visas to the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, European countries, and Dubai. Specifically, we offer:

  • Document review and preparation for visa applications

  • Guidance on course and institution selection for student visa applicants

  • Pre-application assessments to evaluate your eligibility

  • Post-refusal support, including refusal analysis and reapplication advice

We do not guarantee visa approvals, as no consultancy can honestly do so. The final decision rests entirely with the relevant immigration authority. What we do guarantee is that we will prepare your application as carefully and completely as possible, and we will tell you honestly if your chances of success are low.

3. What We Need From You

Our ability to help you depends entirely on the accuracy of what you tell us. You must:

  • Provide honest, complete, and up-to-date information about your background, finances, study history, travel history, and intentions

  • Disclose any prior visa refusals, immigration violations, or criminal history — even if you think it’s irrelevant

  • Notify us promptly if anything changes between your initial consultation and the submission of your application

If you give us inaccurate or incomplete information, we can’t be responsible for the consequences, including refusal, ban, or any other immigration outcome. Providing false information to an immigration authority is a serious matter, and it’s not something we will knowingly assist with.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees will be confirmed in writing before we begin work on your application. We’ll tell you exactly what is included in that fee and what isn’t — for example, government application fees, courier costs, or translation services are not part of our consulting fee unless we say otherwise in writing.

Payment terms are as agreed between us at the start of engagement. Refunds are not available once work has begun, except where we have made a material error. If you decide not to proceed after we’ve started, any portion of the fee that covers completed work is not refundable.

5. What We Don’t Promise

We’ll work hard on your application. We’ll catch errors before submission. We’ll advise you honestly. But there are things no consultancy can promise:

We cannot guarantee a visa will be approved.

We cannot guarantee processing times — those are set by the relevant immigration authority.

We cannot guarantee that immigration rules won’t change between the time you engage us and the time your application is decided.

If circumstances change significantly after we begin — new immigration rules, a policy shift in the destination country — we’ll let you know and discuss your options. We won’t pretend the situation is unchanged when it isn’t.

6. Our Liability

If we make an error in preparing your application that causes you a demonstrable loss, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for that specific service. We’re not liable for consequential losses such as lost income, lost study opportunities, or travel costs.

We’re also not liable for outcomes that result from information you didn’t give us, changes in immigration rules, or decisions made by immigration authorities that fall outside the scope of our guidance.

7. Confidentiality

Everything you share with us is confidential. We won’t share your personal information, documents, or case details with anyone outside our team without your permission, except where we’re legally required to do so.

We may anonymously reference general case types or outcomes for training purposes, but nothing that could identify you personally.

8. Ending the Engagement

You can stop working with us at any time. Let us know in writing (WhatsApp or email is fine). We’ll return any original documents you’ve given us.

We can also end an engagement if you’ve provided us with false information, if you ask us to assist with something we believe is misleading or unlawful, or if there’s a breakdown in the working relationship that makes it impossible to continue. In that situation, we will return any documents and explain clearly why we’re stepping back.

9. Disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most problems can be resolved with a conversation. You can reach us at +94 76 667 1267 or by WhatsApp.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute can’t be resolved between us, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We’ll update these terms from time to time, particularly if our services change or regulations require it. If the changes affect you materially, we’ll let you know before they take effect. The current version is always the one that applies.

If you have any questions about these terms, ask before you sign anything. We’d rather spend ten minutes clarifying things at the start than deal with a misunderstanding later.
